Headmaster in aided schools recognized by the Tamil Nadu Government; the
petitioner has not worked in any aided recognized institutions ... aided high schools but not to the aided higher secondary schools; he
was also not earlier appointed as high school Headmaster; similarly
stood substituted as follows:-
"(i) Teachers of Aided Lower Primary, Upper
Primary, High and Training Schools, shall be
paid the scale ... teachers of
Government Lower Primary, Upper Primary,
High and Training Schools. The Headmaster
of an Aided Lower Primary School, or the

Since the petitioner's claim for her appointment as
Headmistress in the High School was rejected by the
