3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner has obtained necessary

contends that he had got the plot
regularized on 05.03.2013 from the HMDA authorities; and that
the 2nd respondent is highhandedly constructing the compound
wall
completion of the layout infrastructure / development works in
HMDA auctioned layout at Thorrur Village, Abdullapurmet
Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in spite of lapse of assurance
this Writ Petition, the petitioners have assailed the
proceedings No.02273/HMDA/LPC/NGT/O.A.No.3/21/2021 dated
11-08-2023 received ... objections of the
petitioners to the preliminary notification bearing
No.1404/HMDA/EE / L&P / 2013-14/10 dated 23-07-2014 were
reject3ed
whereby the petitioners were directed -
i) to furnish land use certificate from HMDA; and ii) to
submit revised drawing duly showing the road affected
portion
