Senior Civil Judge Court at Sathupally, Khammam District,

husband was amicably settled
before the Senior Civil Judge, Palamaner in HMOP No.60/2023
despite which her husband has not complied with the said ... husband has not complied with the order
dated 24.07.2023 passed in HMOP No.60/2023 is concerned,
liberty is reserved in favour of respondent
divorce
against the second wife before the Family Court at
Chennai in HMOP.No.2032/2018. Thereafter, the

V. The Petitioner herein has filed HMOP (Hindu Marriage
Original Petition) No.568/2023 before the Family Court,
Salem, Tamil Nadu State, seeking
That the respondent agreed to withdraw the
divorce petition in No. HMOP 98/2022 filed before
the Learned Senior Civil Judge, Anantpur, Andra
Pradesh State
Supreme Court of India seeking for
transfer of HMOP No. 432/2020 from Chennai
to Bangalore. It is submitted that the above
transfer petition
already filed a
divorce petition before the Family Court, Hosur in HMOP
No.18/2021 and as per the submission of learned counsel
them. The petitioner has instituted
proceedings for annulment of marriage in
HMOP No.336/2016. On receipt of notice from the
hands of the Court
