held that it was proved that the
deceased had died a homicidal death. After placing reliance
on the testimony of eye-witnesses the learned judge ... evidence on record.
7. The fact that the deceased died a homicidal death is
not in dispute before this Court. The medical officer
above evidence,
held that it was proved that Ninaji died of homicidal
death. So far as the guilt of the accused is concerned, the
trial
Court are as follows:
(i) Deceased Dwarkabai has met with a homicidal
death and the ornaments which she was wearing on
