coercion of the
respondents, the petitioner was made to share the honorarium
that he was receiving with other members of Village Defence
Committee ... submitted that
the petitioner was never harassed or pressurized to share his
honorarium with his other VDC members. According to the
respondents, the services
which the writ
petitioner had been impleaded as private respondent, the
honorarium in favour of the petitioner could not be released. It
has been submitted ... rejected. It has been further submitted that process
to pay the honorarium of the petitioner was undertaken by the
official respondents but in the meanwhile
condition that
she will not be entitled to the monthly honorarium for the period she
was disengaged.

consolidated honorarium of Rs. 3,000/- per month and was disengaged
from service
learned Senior Counsel at length. The
controversy has narrowed down to the honorarium which was being
paid to the respondents prior to the Scheme ... scheme has the effect of reducing the honorarium of the respondents
from Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 4,500/- per month.
2. In view
this Court on 19.07.2012, the same was drawn
from Object Head 017 (Honorarium and Remuneration). It is,
therefore, contended that the respondent did not qualify
respondents to consider their grievances as
regards release of their unpaid honorarium for the period they have
performed their duties as also they be paid ... their honorarium regularly
for the period they would perform their duties in future.
