8. The ICC advised ... persistent nature on the charges of
i) Stalking; ii) Creation of hostile work environment; iii) Deliberately
obstructing research work; and iv) Unbecoming conduct
same day and started working diligently. She continued to
work till 12.10.2017 and resigned on 12.10.2017 due to
unbearable work environment at the offices ... services of defendant no.1 on 10.07.2017, worked diligently and
resigned thereafter due to hostile work environment. She was not
paid complete salary for this
connection with her employment or work including
recruiting or promotion or when it creates a hostile work
environment. Adverse consequences might be visited ... unreasonably
interfering with her work performance and had the effect of
