Ltd. Company and the plaintiff on the assurance and promise of the
defendants had agreed to purchase the HP Company Laptop ... laptop stated that said
laptop is not repairable one. He further deposed that even when
defendant no.2 did not repair the said laptop, they

supplied the products of HP company, that the
Defendant No. 3 delivered to the Plaintiff 127 HP laptops
instead of 215 HP laptops ... deliver the remaining 88

picked up by the representative of the Defendant
