pension and other retiral benefits along with arrears of pension with
Haryana State Minor
Irrigation and Tubewell Corporation (in short "the HSMITC") from
24.04.1980 to 15.03.1993.
2. The facts as given in the petition ... that the petitioner had
joined the HSMITC as a Peon on 24.04.19980, where he continued to work
till 15.03.1993, after which, pursuant to his appointment
said, case, the Haryana State Minor Irrigation Tubewells Corporation (in short, HSMITC), paid higher scale of pay to employees taken on deputation from State Government ... scales to its own cadre on the ground of financial constraints. The HSMITC conceded in principle that there should be parity in pay scales

respondents for counting the previous service rendered in
HSMITC in terms of judgment CWP No.20670 of 2010;

HSMITC before being retrenched. Against the said judgment, State of
Haryana preferred

"i) The pay drawn by the Drivers in HSMITC will be protected;
ii) They will be treated as fresh appointees
becoming surplus were retrenched from Haryana
State Minor Irrigation Tubewell Corporation, (HSMITC) and were
absorbed in the other Government undertakings with a clear
