2. The facts as given in the petition ... that the petitioner had
joined the HSMITC as a Peon on 24.04.19980, where he continued to work
till 15.03.1993, after which, pursuant to his appointment
Petitioner was an employee of Haryana State Minor
Irrigation and Tubewell Corporation (HSMITC) when on its closure, he
was retrenched ... counting of his
previous service w.e.f. 18.12.1983 to 3.6.2002 with HSMITC towards
qualifying service for retiral benefits. The same has been declined vide
patently illegal. The entire
service rendered by the petitioner in HSMITC and contract service rendered
in Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission followed by regular service
deserves ... days with Haryana

HSMITC from 1.4.1970 service of the applicant and other

their past services and their same service book was transferred

By this common order, the aforesaid two writ petitions ... promoted as an Assistant
Statistician(Grade-II) post by the respondent HSMITC w.e.f. 27.06.1979.

Respondent-HSMITC, a registered Company, in their reply,
have stated that itself Board of Directors ... bound to
accept the modified pay scale.
