Minor Irrigation & Tubewell Corporation (for short, 'HSMITC'). He
expired on 16.7.2001. Vide application dated 25.8.2001 as per rules
prevailing ... that time, the petitioner applied for ex-gratia compassionate
financial assistance. HSMITC was closed down by the Government w.e.f.
30.6.2002 and the existing
initially
working in Haryana State Minor Irrigation and Tubewells Corporation Ltd.
(HSMITC) since December 1971. He was retrenched from the said service ... gone through the case file.
The previous service of the petitioner in HSMITC is not denied.

It comes out that the petitioner was previously working in HSMITC.
On the closer of HSMITC, he was posted as a Clerk ... District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kurukshetra. On the
retirement of the petitioner, HSMITC issued a letter dated 2.12.2015 for recovery
whereby the petitioner was denied counting of his past service of HSMITC as
qualifying service for pension.
2. The contention of learned counsel ... authorities seeking relief of
counting of service rendered by them previously in HSMITC towards pay
pension and other retiral benefits. However, the claim put fourth
beneficiary department,
i.e. Haryana State Minor Irrigation & Tubewells Corporation ('HSMITC' for
short) disbursed the amount of awarded compensation ... another relevant fact and it was that when the channel,
constructed by HSMITC in the year 2010, was demolished by the plaintiff
with the respondent Department, even if her previous
service with the HSMITC is not to be considered, she having been retrenched from
the said post
