it is a case of human bite. He has further submitted that the Courts

support of his contentions, counsel for the petitioner has relied upon

MLC of injured Raj Kumar being caused by human bite could not be ruled out.
PW-6 was not cross-examined ... opined that no definitive opinion of human

12. Thereafter, prosecution evidence
were present on the person of PW1 were

nothing but the information told to the concerned doctor ... said injuries on the
cheeks of complainant, were suggestive of human bite. The said
report, did not mention that the said bite on the cheeks
bite or
animal bite and therefore it cannot be said that it was the accused who
had cut the finger of injured by biting ... produced any
witness to support argument that it was not a human bite that cut the
