forthcoming examination and also ... candidates, who were not allowed to appear in the last ICSE
Examination due to withdrawal of affiliation of their school.
The respondents opposed this writ
This error in the records also encrypting in the certificate given
by ICSE, 2009. It is stated that the actual date of birth is duly ... application is
made within a period of one year of passing the ICSE

7 admitted the petitioner in Class XI Curriculum in

examination conducted by the ICSE Board without any
life science and physical science subjects cannot be
treated
