respect of Chand Khan, the following external injuries were
noticed:-
1. Incised wound on head at occipital region, 1.5 cm x 1 x bone
deep ... with fracture.
2. Incised wound on right parietal region 2.5 cm x = x bone
deep fracture of right parietal bone, clotted blood on cerebral
membrane
year under s. 324 , I.P.C. for causing
injury (an incised wound) with a wooden spear to Joseph
Cherian (P.W. 4).
Before ... wounds, one was a stab wound and two were cut
wounds. Besides that, there were four contused abrasions
and 7 abrasions. The, stab wound
about 12.15 a.m. He found one incised wound on
the left side of upper part of abdomen, another incised
wound on the left palm ... third incised wound on the
scalp. Sabuji Viraji was referred to medical officer, Deesa
for further treatment. He was transferred to Mehsana where
he expired
blood.
13. Incised wound >" x ?" on epigestrium, elliptical wound
with both margins incised and on exploration there was
wound on liver ... Blood and elliptical in share and both margins incised.
15. Incised wound >" x ?" on the left side of the chest elliptical
injuries found on the
deceased were incised wounds. The post mortem report
of Dr.P.C.Jain (PW5) indicates the following injuries on
the body ... deceased:-

1. Incised wound 3 x 2 x 0.5 c. transverse oblique
in direction (tr.06) on upper mid point of
abdomen
were there on the person of Murthy Prasad:
(1) Vertically placed incised wound over the front of tip of right
thumb measuring ... deep;
(2) Incised wound over top of left shoulder measuring 2 cms x 0-5
cms x skin deep;
(3) Incised wound over left side
following ante
mortem injuries on the person of the deceased:
1. Incised wound 14 x 2 cm. x tissue deep on front
of neck (more ... blood vessels of both side nerves
and muscles divided.
2. Incised wound 3 x 0.5 cm. side just above eye
brow.

infiltration is found connected with the two wounds.
(5) There was an oval lacerated wound 3 MM in size ... size of the wound was 8x2 inches.
Clotted blood was present in and around the wound.
2. An oblique incised wound on the upper part
following injuries were found on his person :
"1. Oblique incised wound 10 cms. X =
cm. and depth varied from muscle
deep to bone deep ... index
finger and going upwards and
medially with bleeding.
2. Incised wound 3 cms. X 1 cm. (at
centre) oblique on front and right
side
found the
following ante-mortem injuries:
i) Incised wound size 1 cm x 0.5 x muscle deep present on left
temporal region, 1.5 cm lateral ... left eyeball.
ii) Incised wound size 16 cm x 5 cm x bone deep present in front
of the neck, 2 cm above the xiphisenuim
