suffered nine anti mortem
injuries which are as under :-
"1. Incised wound 13 cm x 1/2 cm x brain deep on
the right ... mandible in the area of 9 cm x 3 cm.
3. Incised wound with margins clean cut on right
side back of scalp
left arm 6cm below the injury No. 6.
8. Incised wound 3cm x 0.5cm x skin on the dorsum of the
left hand near ... left thee 2
cm above the knee joint.
12.Incised wound 1.5cm x 0.25cm x skin from the above
downwards on the front
whereof he suffered five injuries, which are as under:
"i. Incised wound 6 cm x 1.0 cm muscle
deep on back side of head ... right ear. This injury was fresh and it was
bleeding.
ii. Incised wound 2 cm x 0.5 cm x skin deep backside of
the head
Doctor Vijay Mahajan (PW2) were as under :
"1. An incised wound 10 x 1.5 cm running
horizontally along the lower border of
lowest mandible ... bleeding
was present and x-ray examination was
advised.
2. An incised wound 3 x = cm on the posterior
surface of left ear pinna running
deceased were either contusions, abrasion
or lacerated wounds. No penetrating or incised wounds were found to be
present and, thus, the use of sharp-cutting
presumed
participation of more than one accused.
(v) Only because no incised wound was found, the same, by itself,
could not have been the conclusive ... wound on left side of the
scalp 2 cm lateral to the midline. The wound was
vertical in direction. On removing the stitches the
wound
