following injuries were found on his person :
"1. Oblique incised wound 10 cms. X =
cm. and depth varied from muscle
deep to bone deep ... index
finger and going upwards and
medially with bleeding.
2. Incised wound 3 cms. X 1 cm. (at
centre) oblique on front and right
side
brain tissue over the
surface.

sntume.
3. Incised would ... felt in either of the wounds
nor any pallet recovered on dissecting the
wounds. Underlying tissues are healthy.
