would show that the child sustained incised wounds on the head,
which indicates that the accused inflicted injuries with the
intention to cause death ... certificate in
which he noticed the following antemortem injuries:-
"1. Incised wound 13x3.5-4 cm, bone deep obliquely
placed across the back
wound certificate issued by the Doctor,
PW19.
"1. Incised wound 15.5.cm over the
anterior lateral aspect of right elbow
extending ... radial nerve is cut and partial injury to
nerve.
2. Incised wound 8.4 cm over posterior
aspect of right fore-arm cm below elbow
joint
body of the deceased out of which 9 were incised wounds.
Evidence of PW's 2 and 15 throws sufficient light into the matter ... post-mortem certificate. Following
were the ante-mortem injuries:-
1. Incised wound 9.5x3.5x3.5 cm horizontally over the
front and left side
autopsy says that he noted the following injuries :--
"1. An incised wound on the chin more to the right ... Mandible has been cut and completely fractured at that site.
2. Incised wound on the centre of forehead about
below the level of
umbilicus. The other end was blunt.
4. Incised wound 7x2x1.5 cm, horizontally placed on the
back of right arm, 16cm ... below the tip of shoulder.
5. Incised wound 6x2x1.5cm, horizontally placed on the
back of right arm, 4cm below the injury
vertical incised wound 3 cm x 1 cm x = cm near
wound No.16.
18. An incised wound front of neck on right side near ... horizontally.
24. Horizontal incised wound 1 cm x = cm x = cm. 5
cm below wound No.23.
25. A lacerated wound back of right elbow
post-mortem
certificate. Johnny suffered four incised wounds, an abrasion and
a contusion as described hereinafter.
"1. Incised wound, left side of chest oblique ... forwards for a total
minimum depth of 8 cm.
2. Incised wound 8.43 cm right side of chest. The outer 5.6
cm was horizontal
right
side of head, 9 cm above top of ear.
3. Incised wound 2.5 x 0.3 x 0.3 cm on the
front, outer aspect ... Wound Certificate,
that lacerated wounds alone were reported in Exhibit P12
wound certificate and that it would not be possible to inflict
those lacerated wounds
latter being a component of the flap reflectable
frontwards.
2. Incised wound, 6.5x2x0.5 cm, vertical, over flap of
injury ... below upper border of injury
No.1.
3. Incised wound 6x1x1.5 cm. oblique, parallel to
and 2.5 cm behind front border of flap
right hand
and little finger, 3cm above its tip.
17. Incised wound 1.5x0.2x0.2cm, oblique on inner
aspect of right finger ... aspect of
right thigh 1.5cm below injury No.25.
27. Incised wound 2x0.2x0.2 cm oblique on outer
aspect of right thigh
