20. Schedule ‘D’ to these General Conditions of the Contract pertains to
the minimum wages ... point of time the
minimum wages prescribed for the said work was only Rs.2.00/-.
Subsequently, the minimum wages payable in the State
insulate the petitioner on account of
increase in the minimum wages, since the minimum wage
fixation orders are based on the very same ... Minimum Wages Act was
