consequential re-fixation of Subsistence Allowance and
enhanced Subsistence Allowance.
(c) Grant of Annual Increments under the CCS (Revised ... subsistence allowance for any period
subsequent to the period of the first three months as
follows:-
(i) the amount of subsistence allowance may be
increased
amount of subsistence allowance and other allowances that would otherwise be admissible to him where the subsistence allowance and other allowances admissible ... permit as such, the court cannot allow full subsistence allowance amounting to full pay and allowances.
