petitioners in Inderjit Singh Grewal (supra) does not
address the question as above. It merely invokes Section
proceeding is barred by
limitation and not maintainable. He relies on Inderjit Singh Grewal Vs. State of
Punjab & Anr., reported in (2012) 1 CCrLR ... culminating in a protection order under the said Act.
Reference to Inderjit Singh Grewal (supra) is wholly misconceived. In the
said report the Apex Court
have been
correctly interpreted and dealt with in Baldev Singh Bajwa's
case (supra) and in that view of the matter, the Special Leave ... also cannot be accepted. This Court in Prem Kumar Patel Vs.
Inderjit Singh Grewal 2002 (3) PLR 829 has rejected the argument that
merely because
