4. Learned counsel submits that, as per the Indian Penal Code :
For danga (riot) under Section 146 IPC, a minimum
IPC, as also Sections 3(i) / 10 / 4 / 5 SC/ST Act. The offences are cognizable. Section 147 IPC is rioting
involved in an
FIR under Section 147 / 384 IPC relating to rioting and
extortion of money which has not been proved against ... ongoing cases, in the negative. Sections 147 / 384 IPC relating to
rioting and extortion of money are not petty offences, but they
come
this locality. This may constitute rioting by the guilty person under Section 146 of the Indian Penal Code because five or more persons were involved ... died of injuries resulting from riots".
