Version of PW-4/prosecutrix that the appellant/accused had inserted
penis in her vagina finds corroboration in the testimony of PW-2, who while ... about insertion of finger like thick
part.
10.0. The prosecutrix has testified that she felt pain when the
appellant/accused inserted his penis and that
took her daughter to his bedroom, removed her panty
and inserted his penis into vagina of victim, and daughter-in-law of accused
told ... disclosed the incident to her that accused after removing her
panty inserted his penis into her vagina. She in her ejahar and deposition
consistently stated
into her mouth. He has also
inserted his finger in her vagina and thereafter, he tried to insert penis
inside her vagina. When she shouted ... putting
some oil in her private part and also on his penis inserted his private part

finger by the first respondent into the anus
