8. In the aforesaid contentions submitted by learned
counsel ... commit suicide which would satisfy
the ingredients of instigation to commit suicide.
11. In the aforesaid contentions, learned counsel for the
complainant Mr. Champaneri
reads as under:
"Abetment of suicide.--If any person commits
suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide,
shall be punished with imprisonment ... goad the deceased to
commit suicide and further, that the deceased was left with no other
option but to commit suicide.
