and therefore no tenancy stood terminated and that, in
the absence of valid ... submitted that the

insufficient address, so the presumption under Section 27
of the General Causes

insufficient address, no such person etc., since the
debts of those 12 sundry creditors ... cases

certainly the judgment
same
was returned unserved with an endorsement that

4.2 Learned Additional Government Advocate Smt. Niloufer
Akbar submitted on the basis ... that it was the petitioner who was at fault
