21. Distinguishing the case

The petitioner retired as Assistant Lineman on 30.06.2014.
Thereafter, impugned order
extended to the Stenographers, although they were put in the same
integrated seniority list. In the joint seniority list issued on
21.05.1988, the petitioners claimed
competent authority. The said provision reads as follows:-
