the provisions of section 24 cannot be invoked ... Whether the period covered by an interim order of a Court

j) The Bench deciding Ranjan Chemicals being a coordinate
Bench to the previous Bench deciding Indian Bank was bound
to follow ... otherwise conferred upon the Tribunal? In Indian Bank and Ranjan
Chemicals coordinate bench of this court took somewhat different views
even thereupon. Whereas in Indian
High Court
of Calcutta and by reason of an interim order dated 28.3.1996 the
