2. It would thus be seen ... installment was payable after slab and 21st installment was payable after internal plaster. The last installment was payable after finishing. Admittedly, the complainant has paid
amount of `11,02,186/-
towards instalment against commencement of internal plastering and the demand
is not in accordance with clause ... Agreement of Sale which
stipulates payment of instalment against commencement of internal plaster is `10,71,225/-.
