respondent Grama Panchayath,
and only finishing works such as internal plastering,
and fixation of electrical and sanitary fixtures
fittings were pending. There upon, 1st respondent
assessee company towards brick work, cement,
plastering, painting walls, laying ceramic tiles, steel grill, internal
sanitary fixtures etc. The assessing officer held this as capital
from 26.07.2002 to
07.08.2002. He was discharged with plaster slab. He was
treated with nailing and internal fixation for the fracture
sustained. Thereafter ... having infection. He was discharged on 29.11.2002.
Thereafter he was given plaster cast for four months and he
had started walking with weight bearing with
intimation that the appellant has constructed walls,
plastered the same, increased the area of the toilet, and internal
alteration work was done fixing three shutters ... painting; (vii) petty repairs
to the building and pitched roof; (viii) plastering and patch work; (ix)
interior decoration without any structural alterations and (x) changing

as well as plastering the walls and constructed an internal wall
inside the room of the building. It is further stated
ankle and compartment syndrome. Internal fixation and

debridement were done. Plaster of paris was also applied
treated with open reduction and internal
fixation of the fracture. It was followed by plastering. He had to
continue treatment even after discharge from
Skeletal traction and below
knee plaster was applied. Spica plaster was applied. Open reduction and internal
fixation was also done. He had disabilities including
fracture right. Closed reduction and
internal fixation with 'K' wires on left side and closed reduction
and plaster cast application on right side
reduction and internal fixation and bone grafting were done
followed by POP cast application. He was discharged on
9.7.2004 and the plaster was removed
