Rule 5 CPC that:
"Agents and tenants may not institute interpleader suits:-

2. The plaintiffs have filed the present interpleader suit. It is contended in

Order 35 deals with interpleader suit - In every suit of interpleader
the plaint shall, in addition to be other statement necessary
