interpolation of the said cheque, for which he had received a reply dated 16.05.2006 stating that the cheque with interpolation in the date was received ... interpolated'. I do not see any illegality in the finding of the State Commission that the said alteration/interpolation on the said cheque
decided accordingly. State
Commission is of the opinion that factum of interpolation of
cheque in question could not be decided by State Commission ... Protection Act are summary in nature.
Allegations of complainant are that interpolation in cheque in
question was committed in order to give undue benefit
