Rule-2 Particular interrogatories to be submitted:
On an application for leave to deliver interrogatories, the
particular interrogatories proposed to be delivered shall ... make it
clear that the Court can at any stage allow service of
interrogatories in its discretion. But, at the same time, the
discretion must

question for discovery by interrogatories which could have
been allowed.
6. Relevant provisions of Order XI Rule ... aside.
11. The application filed for discovery of interrogatories is
hereby allowed. The trial court is directed to proceed further
