under Section 203 Cr.P.C or under Section 204 IPC
accused 2 to 6 u/w 167, 204, 218 r/w 107 IPC and issue summons by 08.11.2013.
Thus, the complaint was taken ... accused 2 to 6 under Sections 167 , 204 , 218 r/w 107 IPC .

7. Section 107 IPC defines abetment which reads as follows:
