committed burglary, which expression

consideration amount of Rs.876/- to the OP. In response ... 2008 was lodged at P.S. Sarai Rohilla
u/s 454/380 IPC . After that the complainant duly informed the

but offenses U/s 454,457 & 380 of I.P.C . had been committed any time between
October
police
for the offence under Section 454 , 457 and 380 of the IPC. The
complainant has claimed for the amount ... register no.73/2009 for the
offence under Section 454 , 457 , 308 of the IPC. The police has
submitted final report under Section
2013 dated 20/04/2013 under sections
454 , 457 and 380 of IPC. The said security guard made a statement
to the Colva
which police registered a
Crime No.18/2003 under Section 454 , 457 & 380 of I.P.C. The complainant also lodged insurance
claim with
offence vide C.R.
No.155/2001 and under Sections 454 , 457 & 380 of I.P.C. This would clearly show
that these were

for the offences punishable U/s.454, 457 and 380 of IPC .
Investigation was done by the Indiranagar Police. Since
culprits were
