That the respondent-husband has agreed and
undertook to return admitted istridhan list (list
attached) to the wife and shall further pay as full ... petitioner
(wife) towards all her claim (past, present and
future) for maintenance, istridhan, residence etc.
by way of D.D/Cheque within a period
disputes for all
purposes and intent; demands; claims’ entitlements;
maintenance claims’ alimony; istridhan’ succession
claims, share, entitlements, settlements and/or any
other rights ... Third Party and also towards all demands,
claims, entitlements, istridhan, maintenance, etc.
of the Second Party, collectively to the Second and
Third Party. That
each other, related to
their marriage with regard to istridhan, permanent
alimony and maintenance (past, present and future)
etc. in full and final
said wedlock. It is pertinent to
mention here that all dowry articles,
istridhan, household articles, furniture etc.
etc. are still kept in said house /
matrimonial
child.
VIII. That all the articles belonging to
petitioner stand returned towards istridhan and
no claim of any kind remains against the
respondent
court
formalities.
II. First Party/Husband has returned all the gifts and
Istridhan of the Second Party/Wife on 31.03.2024 at
Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. A list
full and final
settlement of claim for maintenance (past, present and
future), Istridhan, or any other claim (either made in
past or intended to make
party as
one time alimony against Past, present and future
maintenance/alimony/istridhan to first Party. Out
of the said Rupees Six Lakh Fifty Thousand
