Investigating Officer concerned, with
utmost promptitude, proceeded to recover
items of Istridhan, from respondent No.5. The
aforesaid seizure occurred on 23.3.2017, in
respect whereof ... petitioner being also present AND
also hers identifying all the items of Istridhan
embodied therein. Subsequently on
17.05.2017, the complainant has instituted the
instant petition

bighas and 10 biswas of Bathal land to her as 'Istridhan', which
is adjoining to the the house and is in exclusive ... land was given to the plaintiff as Women's Estate

the wedlock of Atma

the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for return of property/Istridhan, gifts and

The father of respondent No.2 gave a sufficient 'Istridhan' to the
petitioners at the time of marriage. After the birth

that ISTRIDHAN of respondent No.2-Anjana Thakur is lying
deposited at Women Police Station
that petitioners have joined the investigation
and victim is claiming that her Istridhan including ornaments and
other articles, was with her in-laws whereas petitioners

where she had allegedly stated that the 'Istridhan' was not
in possession of the petitioners.
