Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ITDC, for short). By
the impugned judgment under appeal dated 1st July
decided on 18th May 2009, it was observed as under:
"12. ITDC does not enjoy monopoly and is in open and

Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ... therefore unathorised. Petitioners had challenged
the action of the respondent-ITDC in not renewing and granting fresh
licences for further period but the writ petitions
