1956 (for short 'the ITP Act ').
2. The prosecution allegation is that, on
06.06.2013, at about ... Inspector, who was not
a Special Police Officer under the ITP Act , conducted
the investigation and filed the Final Report before the
court, no successful

4. Section 7 of the ITP Act reads as follows

2. The prosecution case in brief is thus:

defined in the ITP Act had taken place and that

sections 3 , 5(1)(a) and 7 of the ITP Act against the first accused and
under sections ... ITP Act against the fourth accused.

absolutely false and that even from the material facts

allegations, it is necessary to examine

ITP Act can conduct investigation".
