accused No.2 in KFC restaurant in Forum Mall, Hosur road, Bengaluru.
Thereafter Lokayuktha Police have sent ... have secured
the presence of CW.1-Prabhakar S.R. in KFC
hotel situated at Forum Mall, Hosur road,
Bengaluru, in between
connivance of accused Nos.2 and 3, who were officials of the
KFC, took away documents creating equitable mortgage. It is

3. Learned counsel has submitted that the petitioner is not
