21. Mr. Darius Khambata, Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of
the Appellant submitted that Section ... Arbitration Act once an
Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted.
22. Mr. Khambata argued that an Arbitral Tribunal having been
constituted, the Commercial Court cannot proceed
other contentions raised on behalf of the appellant-
Susme by Shri Darius Khambata, learned senior counsel are:
(a) that Section 13(2) of the Slum ... cause why
such order should not be passed."
