I. One of the accused namely
that the parties shall dissolve
their marriage by way of Talaq-e-Khula/Mubarat in accordance with
Muslim Law. It was further agreed that petitioner
settlement, the parties have mutually dissolved their
marriage, as recorded in a Khula letter dated 18.10.2025.
9. Petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 2 confirm
mutual
consent, as per the Muslim law and in this regard, a Khula Nama was
executed between the parties.
12. The parties have entered into
learned counsel for the petitioners
informs the court that parties have undergone „khula', as permissible
under the Muslim Personal Law, which petitioner
divorce according to Muslim Law
in the form of Talaq-E-Mubarrat (Khula) from petitioner no.1, copy of
which is already on record
family members and relatives, both the
parties entered into settlement vide Khula and Mubarat dated 10th October
2019 which is annexed as Annexure
said settlement, the parties agreed to dissolve their
marriage mutually.
