between the Government of India and AWIL and to
facilitate payment of kickbacks, several service contracts were executed
between the applicant's companies ... with the Government of India, while prima facie legitimizing the
payment of kickbacks by showcasing them as service charges.
5. It was further alleged that
sustaining the
addition of Rs. 25,20,000/- on account of kickbacks
paid to Dalmia Cement, in the hands of the assessee

etc. This is the kickback money paid to Sri Y.S.Jagan
Mohan Reddy who has exercised
allowable expenditure. This was an expenditure illegally given as kickback to
