such the name of the victim girl is no where shown ... second husband and she was facing a criminal case in respect of
kidnapping of a child at Hindupur registered in Crime No.6/
2011. Further
concerned, the essential ingredients
are: (i) kidnapping or abducting any woman; (ii) such kidnapping or
abducting must be (a) with intent that ... each case. Kidnapping and abduction are two distinct offences.
The ingredients of the two offences are entirely different.

Therefore, no case of kidnapping is made out.
