Station Mahasamund. Morgue intimation was recorded
that on 18.7.2011, at about
17:35 hours, one Motiram, the Kotwar of the village Saliha intimated the
Police Station Khairagarh that the dead body ... merg intimation (Ex. P-10) was
registered by one Motiram, the Kotwar of village Saliha on 18.7.2011 at
17:35 hours and on the strength
lodged on 6.4.2007 by the appellant accompanied by
PW-6 Heeralal (Village Kotwar), Sarpanch and other villagers. On
7.4.2007 when the police along with ... been certainly
noticed by the villagers.
(v) that PW-6 Heeralal, village Kotwar, is not a reliable witness.
(vi) that though FSL report is positive

committing her murder. Rajesh Manikpuri (PW-6), village Kotwar, lodged
named FIR on 26.11.2009 at about 8.30 a.m. and immediately thereafter
merg ... husband Dhaniram (PW-1).
9. Rajesh Manikpuri (PW-6) is the Kotwar of village at whose instance FIR
(Ex.P-1) & Merg
found outside her marital home. On
being informed by Sukhram, Village Kotwar Udal Singh (PW-3) lodged the
merg intimation Ex.P-7. Written complaint ... staying there.
10. Udal Singh (PW-3) is the village Kotwar who lodged the merg intimation.
He is also witness of inquest
