Report. The said First Information
Report was sent to the Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti through P.W.14. Since the
Inspector of Police ... filed an affidavit
before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti for securing A-1 and A-3
under police custody and had them secured
accused but in vain. The deceased was taken to the
Government Hospital, Kovilpatti, at 9.15 P.M. where he was declared dead ... developed high Blood Pressure and therefore, he went to the
Hospital at Kovilpatti and got himself admitted for treatment. He further
stated that there
that Kalugumalai Bus Stand is on the
route connecting Kovilpatti with Sankarankoil, Rajapalayam, Sivakasi well
connected with the nearby towns and there would be buses
coming
to know that the accused had surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate
Kovilpatti on 31.03.1998. P.W.18, took the accused into police custody
that P.W.7, the sister of the accused
was residing at Kovilpatti but the deceased was residing at Tuticorin. The
motive for the incident
Complaint and Ex.P18 to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I,
Kovilpatti and also to the Inspector of Police ? PW25.
(b) PW25 took
which has reached the learned
Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, at 06.25 PM. Thus, there is delay of
six hours in forwarding the First Information ... which has reached the learned Judicial
Magistrate, No.I, Kovilpatti, at 06.25 PM. The distance between the Police
Station and the place of occurrence
arranged for a taxi and took the
deceased to the Government Hospital, Kovilpatti where the deceased was
administered the first aid treatment and thereafter ... arranging a Taxi and admitted
the deceased in the Government Hospital, Kovilpatti by 2.30 p.m. Thereafter, he
was shifted to Tirunelveli Medical College Hospital
