were armed with sharp edged weapons like kirpan
other than a municipal or private market; (b) ices and aerated waters, kulfi, sugar-cane juice, cut or peeled fruit and vegetables, any confectionery

Party also sent a bill with three sticks of kulfi, as complimentary sweet dish,
