KVP were issued by CDA Post Office, Patna. After making the
payment ... returned from Post Office Patna with the
report that the said KVP was not issued from the Post Office
Patna. It is also exhibited
complainant that the amount of Rs. 10,000/- was
released through a KVP issued in the name of the complainant. On further
enquiry, accused Sushma ... told that one Rajni Sachdeva filled
up the form for issuance of KVP. Further, amount of Rs. 18,000/- were
withdrawn in cash and account
accused Sadhan Mondal and Suman Das against
pledging of NSC and KVP by accused no.1 by observing all rules, norms
and procedures of bank ... released from
bail bonds respectively at once.
Seizure alamats except NSC and KVP be destroyed on
expiry of appeal period and the said seized
marketing and he also disclosed that several other documents like NSC,

KVP and IVP were kept in the residence of Gouri Lal Bouri, Prabhunath ... information
the matter was duly inspected and a huge amount of NSC, KVP and IVP
were seized from the House of one Gouri Lal Bouri
chargesheet as under:-

wherein he has deposed
that Sh. Dalip Kumar managed to transfer the KVP in the name
of Pushplata Jain, Rajesh Jain and Murilidhar Aggarwal /
Pankaj ... whatsoever kind was assigned to the appellant in the
theft of KVP and NCS.
