assessee is in a regular habit of
making investment in NSC, KVP, fixed deposits, deposits with companies since 1986-
87 and even small money received ... children immediately after
their birth were invested in fixed deposits, NSC and KVP etc. as is evident from
various documents and various bank accounts found
confirming the addition of rs.220,000/- as
undisclosed investment in KVP which is completely arbitrary, unjustified
and illegal.
4. For that on the facts ... wrong in not accepting the
fact that the said KVP were acquired and in the name of his grandmother,
the appellant is only the second
transpires that the respondent/complainant Sri Yamuna Prasad purchased Kisan Vikas Patra (KVP) valued Rs.1,000.00 on 21.7.1989 from the Post Office, Ramganj, Sultanpur ... date of maturity of the aforesaid KVP was 21.1.1995 and the maturity value was Rs.2,000.00. 3. Who is nominee of the said
sought the information related to maturity period of the KVP's of
Hajipur HPO. She wants the list containing owners names of KVP whose ... list containing owner's names to whom
the payment of KVP was not made after getting matured. She wants to know the names

No satisfactory explanation has been given for source of investment in KVP,
