Food Safety and Standards (Packaging and Labelling) Regulation,
2011. All the labelling requirements are mandatory. However ... details of which are as under:

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

He further stated that the safety of the product cannot be assessed without
knowing mandatory labelling requirement prescribed under the Labelling ... which is quoted

"2.2.2: Labelling of Pre-packaged Foods
In addition to the General Labelling requirements specified in
2.2.1 above every package
mentioned on
the label‟ and thus the safety of the product could not be assessed without
