"I am innocent. Pardeep Kumar deceased was a
migrately labourer. He had no family with him. For his residence, I
had given
evidence that the appellant
was a Rickshaw Puller, a migrated labourer from Uttar Pradesh to
Chandigarh to earn his livelihood. He has further submitted that
NDPS Act were not complied with. The petitioner is migrated
labourer and he had no knowledge of the alleged substance shown to
have been recovered

that petitioner has no enmity with the
deceased, who was the migrated labourer from West Bengal. Learned
counsel further states that no evidence was ever
Mandal,
Rajiya Mandal and Sambodh Mandal. After all the poor
innocent labourers had migrated to other places to eke
out their livelihood. The appellants herein
