It is alleged that this petitioner and others
addresses of labourers
casually employed by the assessee in site work in remote areas. These are temporary
labourers who migrate from other states to work
Mandal, Rajiya Mandal and
Sambodh Mandal. After all the poor innocent labourers
had migrated to other places to eke out their livelihood.
The appellants herein
counsel for the appellant/ claimant argues that the
appellant is migrant labourer; he migrates as per availability of work for his
sustenance. The grounds raised
