Government Laboratory and accordingly, the examiner, after
considering the documents as well as laminated agreement to
sell ... laminated document
would not express the correct and accurate result of the
examination. The document examiner of the FSL, Gandhinagar
despite of the laminated copy
Defendant No.1 has handed over the

Ex.P.62 is a laminated document, lamination sheet is found
open at the one end to some extent ... opening of
one end of the lamination sheet may be due to defect in
lamination or mishandling the document. Under all these
circumstances

immediately get this document laminated and place the laminated
document on record.

Since the document is now laminated, any direction
for de-lamination could destroy the document
irreversibly.
3. The effect of the said lamination ... Vidhani submits that
when the original document was produced before the
Joint Registrar, the document was already laminated.
